A simple reminder to all. The only person responsible for your health, fitness, wellbeing, etc. is yourself! No-one else can and will do it for you. If you are not willing to put in the effort then it will never happen. This relates to all aspects, i.e. health, strength, cardio, flexibility, weight loss, etc. Even your recovery, rehab, injury prevention is yours to make work of. The principles are the same for all, i.e. effort and consistency!
