Flexibility! One of the key components of physical fitness and probably the one most often ignored! Your flexibility needs to be worked on as consistently as any other component and with the same aim, i.e. Progression, progression, progression! Flexibility improves the ability for correct movement and also aids in injury prevention and recovery. It should not be ignored. Make sure you add this important component into your training schedule.
